DS-E01 This product is a medium molecular weight synthetic dispersant, acting on the surface of organic pigments, inorganic pigments, carbon black and dyes, effectively improving the brightness of pigments, effectively improving the tinting strength of pigments, reducing the amount of pigments, improving the overall leveling effect of the board surface, improving the gloss, and improving the flatness of the paint film surface. It has a significant effect on organic pigments and transparent pigments that have large oil absorption and are difficult to disperse, and can be used for all thermosetting powder coatings and thermoplastic powder coatings except silicones.

The DS-E01 has the following key features:

Reducing the melt viscosity of the system and improving the coating ability of the resin to the pigment can significantly improve the pigment tinting strength and brightness and reduce the amount of pigment added.

l Combined with BYK dispersant, it can effectively disperse high-pigment carbon black.

This product is a free-flowing powder, easy to disperse, and can be dry-mixed construction; It can also be added during pre-mixing and then extruded through an extruder.

The dosage is 0.5-1.0% of the total weight of the formula (depending on the specific surface area and oil absorption of the pigment).

Due to the different formulations and process conditions, it is recommended that the user experimentally determine the dosage before use.
